  • rice cereal – 10 g;
  • carrots – 15 g;
  • greens – 5 g.

Preparation stages:

  1. Pre-cook the turkey meat.
  2. We wash and peel the vegetables.
  3. Grate the carrots on a medium-sized grater, finely chop the onion. Boil it.
  4. Boil the rice cereal.
  5. We pass the meat through a meat grinder.
  6. Place the tomato in boiling water for a few seconds and remove the skin.
  7. We chop it and simmer.
  8. Place the ingredients in a saucepan and wait for it to boil. Add greens.

Whatever soup a mother chooses for a baby under one year old, you should always consult your pediatrician first. If it is one of the ingredients, then you need to remove it or replace it with another product.
