  • cream - 5 tbsp;
  • mushrooms (ceps, champignons) - 0.5 kg;
  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • salt, seasonings to taste.

Fry mushrooms with onions and leave for a while. Add cream to the minced meat, salt and season.

  • Cheese – 160 gr.
  • Chicken egg – 10 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 200 gr.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves.
  • Vegetable oil, ketchup, herbs, pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Let's start by preparing the minced meat: add the egg, salt, pepper and stir. Now divide the minced meat into ten equal portions and roll each of them into a ball.
  2. Grate the cheese, chop the tomatoes, chop the garlic and, to make a sauce, mix with mayonnaise. Beat the remaining eggs.
  3. Next, we act quickly and clearly: take 2 sheets of film or cellophane. Place a ball on one, cover with the second and roll out the minced meat between these sheets. You should get a thin, thin cake. It is more convenient to do this with the back of the knife. And so on for all ten balls.
  4. Now watch my hands carefully. Pour one beaten egg into a flat plate. Remove the top layer of cellophane from the cake, slide your palm under the cake (and under the bottom cellophane, of course), and with a deft movement, turn the cake onto a plate into the egg.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then carefully transfer the flatbread (already in the egg) to the frying pan and fry - first on one side, then turn it over and fry on the other.
  6. When you remove the tortilla from the pan, place it egg side down. Lubricate with garlic-mayonnaise sauce, then with ketchup, lay out the tomatoes and sprinkle the whole thing with cheese.

  • Chicken breast – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs - 8 pcs.
  • Water – 8 teaspoons.
  • Milk – 1 glass.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise, herbs and salt.
  1. Beat each egg with one spoon of water, adding a little salt.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan (heat it well so it doesn't stick) and bake the egg pancake. And do this 8 times. Take very little oil and only the first time, then do not add.
  3. Grind the chicken breast in a meat grinder, add the onions and carrots there. Don't forget to add pepper and salt, then stir everything well.
  4. Place the resulting minced meat on the egg pancakes, place on a baking sheet and pour mayonnaise mixed with milk. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Agree, it’s not difficult at all.

  • Place the minced meat on a plate, add salt and pepper, and stir.
  • Break an egg into a bowl with minced meat, mix the minced meat well with your hands and divide it into 4-6 parts, depending on the diameter of your frying pan.
  • Grease cling film with oil, place one portion of minced meat on it, after rolling it into a ball. Cover with the other end of the film. Roll out into a layer whose diameter is approximately 1 cm less than the diameter of the frying pan.
  • Break the egg into a clean plate and beat it with a little salt.
  • Place the rolled out minced meat on top of the egg mixture.
  • Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it well.

  • fresh champignons – 100 g;

Cooking method:

  • Wash the chicken breast, dry it with a towel, and remove the skin. Separate the fillet from the bones, cut each half of the breast (lengthwise) into 2-3 pieces.
  • Place the pieces of chicken fillet on a cutting board, cover with film, and beat.
  • Add salt and paprika to flour.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Heat a frying pan, pour a little oil on it.
  • Bread the chicken chops in flour, roll in the egg, and place in a frying pan. Fry on both sides until done.
  • Wash the champignons, dry with napkins, cut into cubes.
  • Peel and finely chop the onion.

  • Korean carrots – 150 g;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;

  • vegetable oil - as much as needed.

Cooking method:

  • Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper.
  • Beat eggs into it.
  • Add milk and flour. Leave for 10–15 minutes.
  • Place some of the minced meat on a greased and heated frying pan, giving it the shape of a flat cake.
  • Cover with a lid. When the minced meat is fried, turn the tortilla over and fry until done.
  • Sprinkle the tortilla with cheese, put carrots on half of it, and cover with the other half. Leave to simmer for 2-3 minutes, covered.
  • Prepare the rest of the brizoli in the same way.

  • fillet of pink salmon or other fish – 0.5 kg;
  • chicken egg – 5 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise – 50 ml;
  • fresh herbs, spices for fish - to taste;
  • lemon juice – 20 ml;
  • sour cream – 60 ml;
  • green onions – 50 g;
  • vegetable oil - as much as needed.

Cooking method:

  • Cut the fish fillet into thin slices. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Finely chop the greens and mix with mayonnaise. Add eggs and beat.
  • Pour some oil into the frying pan and heat it up.
  • Place the fish pieces tightly in the pan and pour the omelette over them.
  • When the brizol is fried on one side, fry it on the other.
  • Finely chop the green onions.
  • Mix sour cream with lemon juice, add onion, stir.
  • Cover the brizoli sour cream sauce, fold in half.
