Today my recipe will be, so to speak, in an oriental style, but adapted to European cuisine in terms of the availability of ingredients, as well as to European tastes.
To prepare, you will need a minimum set of products; you can buy one in any supermarket. And I’ll tell you a secret, turkey in this recipe can be replaced with fillet almost without loss chicken breast. But if you prefer meat that is more fibrous, then of course take turkey.

Cut the turkey meat into small pieces. The size should be such that one piece is enough for one bite.


Place the meat in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and quickly fry until the meat turns white. Stirring over high heat will take no more than five minutes.


Chop fresh garlic, not finely.


Add it to the meat and add salt immediately.


Stir and add soy sauce


Next, reduce the heat under the frying pan, cover the turkey in soy sauce with a lid and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes. The meat should not start to fry; if the sauce evaporates quickly, you can add a little water.


While the meat is cooking until golden brown, fry one tablespoon of white sesame seeds.


Add frozen meat to almost finished meat. green beans. There is no need to completely defrost it first.


Cook over medium heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally.


Since our turkey was already practically ready, we determine the degree of readiness of the entire dish by the readiness of the beans. It is important not to overcook so that the pods retain their bright green color and are not completely soft.
At the end add roasted sesame seeds.

Ingredients

Raw beans contain a harmful substance that is poorly absorbed by the body and can cause problems with gastrointestinal tract, so it needs to be boiled before stewing or frying.

Cooking process:

  • Rinse the meat and cut into medium-sized cubes, fry in oil on all sides.
  • Cut the onion into pieces and add to the meat, fry everything together for 10 minutes.
  • Fry the boiled beans and finely chopped garlic in a separate frying pan over vegetable oil 8-10 min. Finally, add salt and pepper, seasoning as desired.
  • Place all prepared ingredients in a stewing container, add a little water and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes, stirring.

If desired, drizzle the dish with sesame oil or sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Turkey with beans and tomatoes

Required Products:

  • Turkey ─ 450 gr.
  • Green pods – 370 gr.
  • Onions – 1.5 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Garlic – 5 teeth.
  • Vegetable oil – 25 ml.
  • Greens – 100 gr.
  • Salt, pepper – 10 gr.

How to cook:

  1. Cut the fillet into medium pieces, fry in vegetable oil, and transfer to a stewing container.
  2. Cut the onions into thin slices, tomatoes into small slices, finely chop the herbs and garlic, add the boiled beans. Fry all this for 5 minutes.
  3. Add fried vegetables to the meat, add a little water, simmer for 12-16 minutes.

The dish can be served on its own or with a side dish.

Green beans with turkey and cream

Ingredients:

  • Turkey fillet – 550 gr.
  • Pods – 430 gr.
  • Onions - 3 pcs.
  • Cream – 200 ml.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.
  • Sunflower oil – 35 ml.
  • Greens - a bunch.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into slices and fry in oil until soft.
  2. Cut the turkey into cubes and add to the onion, fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the boiled beans, reduce the heat and fry for 7 minutes, add salt and pepper.
  4. Turn the heat to low, pour in the cream and bring it to a boil, stirring, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Before serving, decorate the dish with herbs.

Cooking turkey and beans doesn't take long. As a result, you get a complete second course ─ nutritious, healthy and tasty. It can be served at the everyday table and for a festive feast.

Green beans, unlike other vegetables, do not absorb harmful substances from environment and this is undoubtedly one of its main advantages. Of course, compared to shelled beans, they are not very rich in protein, but they contain many more vitamins, including vitamin C, provitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin E, folic acid, minerals and fiber.
