Prepare all the necessary ingredients.


Remove the fish from the filling and disassemble into smaller pieces.


Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.


Wash the tomatoes. Cut 100 g tomatoes into small cubes. If the tomatoes are very juicy, drain the juice. Use the remaining tomatoes for decoration.


Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, counting from the start of the liquid boiling, place in cold water, wipe, peel and cool. Chop 1 egg.


Cut the remaining eggs in half and remove the yolks. Cut the yolks into cubes and grate the whites on a fine grater.


In a bowl, combine half the tomatoes, fish, cheese, chopped egg, yolks and corn, add salt to taste and season with mayonnaise.


Mix everything.


Place the salad on a plate in the shape of a slide and apply a mayonnaise mesh on it so that the decoration of tomatoes and protein adheres more firmly to the surface of the slide.

Pre-boil the potatoes and carrots and let them cool. Boil the eggs for no longer than 10 minutes, cool in ice water. Peel vegetables and eggs.




Grate the potatoes using a coarse grater and place them in the first layer on the dish on which you plan to serve the salad. Form a hat, brush the potatoes with mayonnaise, add a little pepper, and add salt if desired.




Drain the water from the tuna, crumble it, place it in the next layer on the potatoes, and also lightly brush with mayonnaise.




Place grated hard cheese on the tuna.






Place a layer of olives or olives on the cheese. As I already said, they can be replaced with pickled cucumbers or mushrooms - whichever you like best.




Place the grated yolks on the olives and grease them with mayonnaise.

Line a deep plate or bowl with a diameter of approximately 21 cm and a height of 5-6 cm with cling film.





Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, place in a plate and press well with a spoon.

Peel the eggs. Finely chop two eggs and the yolk of the third. Set the third egg white aside.

Place the eggs on top of the chicken and press down.







Pepper, add a little salt and cover with mayonnaise.




Wash the cucumber, cut into small cubes and place in the next layer.





Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Place 140 grams of cheese on a layer of cucumbers.

Open the can of tuna, drain the liquid, and mash the fish.




We also put the corn, strained from the liquid, into the salad bowl.




Add cheese, eggs and tomatoes (reserve some for decoration).







Add salt to taste, as well as mayonnaise and mix everything.




Place the salad mixture on a plate in the form of a slide.




Then sprinkle the bottom in a circle with egg whites - you get an imitation of a fur edge.

Ingredients

To prepare the Santa Claus Hat salad we will need:
smoked pork meat (or ham) - 100 g;
boiled or fried chicken fillet (or ham) - 150 g;
fresh cucumbers 2-3 pcs.;
boiled eggs - 4-5 pcs.;
canned peas - 1 jar;

red bell pepper - 2 medium or 1 large (can be frozen);

mayonnaise - to taste.

Cooking steps

Cut smoked pork meat and boiled chicken fillet into cubes.

Frozen bell pepper defrost in the refrigerator for several hours (but so that it remains somewhat hard), rinse with cold water,

cut into cubes.

Grate the whites of 2-3 boiled eggs (I have 2 medium ones) on a medium grater and set aside for decoration. Grate 1 yolk on a medium grater, mix with mayonnaise (a couple of drops), form into a ball, and leave for decoration.

Dice the remaining 2 boiled eggs and 1 yolk. Peel the cucumbers and also cut into cubes.

Mix chopped meat, eggs, peas, cucumbers, add thick mayonnaise little by little, stirring so that the salad does not become liquid. Place the salad in a round dish, you can cover it with cling film first (I didn’t) and tamp it down well. Invert the salad onto a serving platter.

Place the chopped bell pepper cubes evenly on top.
